ערב יום הזיכרון לחללי מערכות ישראל וחללי פעולות האיבה, התבשרנו בכאב גדול על נפילתו של תושב העיר, סמ”ר אריאל צים, לוחם גדוד 931 של חטיבת הנח”ל.
אריאל, בוגר בית הספר יחד, נפל ביום שישי ברצועת עזה.
בשמי ובשם תושבות ותושבי העיר, אני שולח תנחומים למשפחת צים בצערכם הכבד.

On the eve of Memorial Day for Israel’s Fallen Soldiers and Victims of Hostile Acts, we learned with great pain of the death of city resident, Sgt. Ariel Tsym, a fighter in the 931st Battalion of the Nahal Brigade. Ariel, a graduate of Yachad high school, fell on Friday in the Gaza Strip.
On behalf of the city’s residents, I send my deepest condolences to the Tsym family.
May his memory be as a blessing.
